Ease into your weekend with something truly special. After Friday’s class, you’re invited to stay for optional Slomo Wellness contrast therapy from 11:00am–12:00pm.
Experience the restorative power of sauna, floating sauna, Dutch hot tubs, ice baths, and even a refreshing lake dip—designed to awaken your senses and leave you feeling renewed.
The Garden Yoga Studio is located at Stockbridge Cottage, just down the hill from the Farm, off Newport Road. Keep an eye out for the pistachio-coloured house—your little sanctuary awaits. Inside, the space is heated, and fully equipped with mats and props, so you can arrive just as you are.
