At Tapnell Farm, we value the trust and confidence of all our customers and website visitors. We’d therefore like you to know we will not sell, rent or trade any of our email lists with other companies or business for marketing. This privacy policy sets out some of the ways we do this, by telling you when we will collect your data, how we keep it safe, and what we do with it.

When you register to receive our monthly e-newsletter, we collect some of your personal information. We use that information to contact you with marketing updates, offers, and news from Tapnell Farm, and also to check that our records are correct and you are happy with the services you receive from us. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and/or businesses.

Our e-newsletter is delivered by a third-party provider, called Email Brilliance. Their platform gathers statistics for us on email opening and clicks, so we can keep improving them for our subscribers in the future.

If you no longer want to receive our e-newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails, or by emailing hello@tapnellfarm.com.

Booking Data

When you make an online booking through the Tapnell Farm website or call us to make a booking over the phone, your name, address data, email address and contact details will be stored in the relevant third-party booking system for that area of the park.
