Chalets
A classic family getaway with beautiful countryside views
Sleeps 6 • 3 bedrooms • Dog friendly
Whether it's a family escape or an outdoorsy adventure with friends, our holiday chalets offer the perfect blend of modern comforts and peaceful countryside surroundings. Set next to Camp Tapnell, they're just a short stroll from our attractions and restaurant, while still offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Comfortable, practical and surrounded by nature, they're a great base for exploring everything the Isle of Wight has to offer.
Peace, quiet and all the perks of modern living
Beautifully presented and thoughtfully furnished, our Chalets are ideal for guests looking for a comfortable countryside escape. Each features an open-plan living and dining space with a log burner, a well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. Outside, the spacious decking area provides the perfect place to enjoy the surrounding countryside, spectacular sunsets and clear, star-filled skies.
As for the days, they're yours to make your own. A trip to the Farm Park to meet the animals, perhaps (free of charge as a staying guest). An afternoon spent exploring the Island and its many hidden gems. Or, simply relax with your favourite people in your new favourite spot.
Just a few steps away from family fun
You'll find our chalets next to the Camp Tapnell grounds, a few short steps from our attractions and restaurant. That means you never have to go far to fuel up or let off steam. Visit Tapnell Farm Park, where you can meet cute animals and kids can enjoy boundless play. Try your hand at something different, like padel tennis, pickleball or air rifle shooting. Or settle in at The Cow, our award-winning family restaurant, for a relaxed feast of farm inspired comfort food.
Remember: as a staying guest, you become a Tapnell VIP. This grants you unlimited visits to the Farm Park during opening hours, as well as a generous discount on some of our most popular activities.
A whole Island to discover
The days feel longer here on the Island, which means plenty of time to get out there and explore. By day, you can explore the cobbled streets of Yarmouth, catch the surf at Compton Bay or ride the trains at the Steam Railway. As for the evening, why not head to a cosy local pub or find a quiet spot and watch the stars?
