East Afton and our neighbouring Tapnell Farm sit within over 800 acres of beautiful rural countryside. Our spectacular location with unrivalled views, epic sunsets and award-wining facilities are great for any sized gathering. Weddings, family functions, corporate events and group bookings are all catered for with our wide-ranging, flexible options.

Weddings

Our beautiful 18^th century farmhouse, East Afton, with dedicated event barns, is licensed for weddings, and with its tranquil and peaceful setting in the countryside, is the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Exclusive four-day hire of East Afton allows an abundance of time for you to settle in and create your bespoke special day, whilst at the same time making memories with family and friends in beautiful and relaxed surroundings.

During the winter months (November - March), our restaurant, The Cow at Tapnell Farm is available for exclusive hire and can hold 100 people seated and up to 300 for a reception party. For smaller gatherings, the mezzanine level has an intimate vibe and boasts spectacular views across Tennyson Down and beyond.

Extended family and friends can choose to stay in any of our unique accommodation options. Your guests will have plenty to keep them occupied on site, with access to our all-weather Farm Park attraction, and outdoor activities.

Corporate Events

Hosting team building events at Tapnell Farm is a doddle, with plenty of activities to choose from including our new Aqua Park (opening summer), clay pigeon shooting, mountain bike hire and walking trails.

East Afton Farmhouse with its dedicated event barn can also be hired for large group events and corporate functions.

Plus, we’re easy to get to from the ferries, have plenty of accommodation choices to suit all group sizes and we’re close to some of the most beautiful coastline in the country.
