This season, you're invited to our Winter Wellness Retreat at the award-winning East Afton Farm.
Curated by Balance + Glo, the retreat will see you and a group of like-minded participants enjoy a unique slice of Island life. You can join daily yoga and fitness sessions, go on coastal walks or even take a dip in the sea. Or you can simply enjoy a blissful few days of relaxation in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whatever you choose to do, you'll be well looked after. You and your new friends will stay at our beautiful 18th-century farmhouse, its adjoining annex or one of our luxury glamping units. You'll also enjoy healthy, plant-based meals, freshly prepared every day by our talented chef, Kevin Hendy.

Your Winter Wellness Retreat is carefully curated to nourish the body and rejuvenate the mind. But most of all, it's about freedom. All activities are optional. What's most important is that you feel free to be yourself in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Massage treatments are also available for a surcharge.
